Compare
Pay-as-you-go or ongoing support?
Both come from the same person. The difference is whether WITS is looking after things between problems.

Questions
Answers before you get in touch
What is managed IT support?
An ongoing arrangement where WITS looks after an agreed set of IT jobs for your organisation, such as Microsoft 365 administration, device monitoring, patching and security, rather than you calling only when something breaks.
How much does managed IT support cost?
It is quoted around your users, devices and priorities. Published building blocks include device monitoring from £40 a month for the first Windows device and a five-hour prepaid remote block at £200 for businesses. Licences are charged separately.
Is there a long contract?
No. Ongoing support can be ended with one month’s notice, subject to the agreed service terms and applicable statutory rights.
Is managed IT support 24/7?
No. Phone is quickest, because calls go straight to Harrison and urgent problems are prioritised by impact. Standard WITS monitoring is not a 24/7 helpdesk or guaranteed emergency response.
What happens at the start?
Customers joining ongoing support receive an initial onboarding health check at no additional charge, and the early work concentrates on what it finds.
